A Bar4Good pop-up bar can be much more than the place where a team event ends. It can become one of the highlights of the entire programme—combining professional inspiration, sport, great food, relaxed conversations and a genuinely good cause.
We organise team experiences at selected locations in and around Zurich. Depending on your objectives, group size and preferred level of activity, the programme can be tailored to your team. A typical full-day experience may include:
– Professional or inspiring input in the morning

– Racket sports from the early afternoon
– Apéro and our Bar4Good pop-up bar
– Barbecue, salads and a relaxed evening together
A half-day programme is available from CHF 100 per person, while a full-day experience starts at CHF 150 per person. By Zurich standards, that is something of a declaration of war—and we mean it in the nicest possible way. More importantly, the proceeds ultimately benefit a good cause.

Sport: serious fun included
Our main sporting focus is on racket sports. They are social, dynamic and suitable for almost every level of experience. Beginners can join in quickly, while more experienced players still have plenty of opportunities to compete, show off or discover that their colleagues are considerably better than expected.
Depending on the location and programme, we can offer:

Pickleball, Street Racket
Badminton, Table Tennis, Padel
The sports can be booked individually or combined as part of a varied multi-sport experience. We work with experienced coaches, sports centres, professional players and trusted friends from our network. Guest speakers and professional input
A good team day does not need to begin with a racket in your hand. We can complement the programme with professional input, inspiring talks or entertaining keynote sessions.
Possible topics include team development, change management, ethics, communication and go all the way to bar culture and even poetry slam. Depending on the subject, we involve members of our own network or invite experienced external speakers.
The format can range from a concise impulse session to a more substantial workshop. It can be serious, interactive, provocative or entertaining—but preferably never boring.
Catering: simple or sophisticated
Food should match the occasion. We can keep things deliberately simple and informal or arrange professional catering through trusted partners.
Our straightforward pasta option starts from CHF 15 per plate. For larger events, special occasions or more ambitious culinary expectations, we can organise a broader menu through our catering network.
You choose: easy-going pasta, a proper barbecue or professional catering with all the extras.
Grill masterFor the authentic Bar4Good experience, we fire up the grill and serve original Sternen Grill sausages with Gold-Bürli, excellent potato salad and the legendary killer mustard. It is simple, delicious and wonderfully uncomplicated. Vegetarian and other dietary options can, of course, be included when agreed in advance. Nobody should leave hungry—unless they spent the entire evening at the bar and simply forgot to eat.
Apéro and pop-up bar
After the sporting or professional part of the programme, our pop-up bar takes over. We serve selected cocktails, long drinks, mocktails, beer, wine and soft drinks in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
The bar creates a natural meeting point where teams can slow down, laugh about the afternoon’s sporting performances and enjoy time together away from meeting rooms and everyday responsibilities.
The exact selection of drinks, design and service format can be adapted to the event, location and number of guests.
Drive-me-home
A great evening should also end safely. We therefore help guests find a responsible way home—whether through a lift, taxi or, if needed, our organised ride-home service.
The available solution depends on the event location, number of guests and required travel distances. We are happy to discuss the options with you in advance so that everyone can enjoy the evening without worrying about the journey home.
Team events and other good reasons to celebrate
Bar4Good works perfectly for team events involving sport, keynotes or both—followed by an apéro, dinner and a relaxed evening at the bar.
However, we are not limited to corporate occasions. Weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and other good reasons to celebrate are absolutely welcome. We can adapt the concept to the occasion—and yes, we even dress nicely when required.
Whether you are planning a small gathering or a larger celebration, we can help shape the programme, sporting activities, food, bar service and supporting entertainment.
Open end
Would you like the evening to continue after dinner? Fine by us. Depending on the location and arrangement, we can extend the bar service or leave the bar with you for the rest of the evening.
We provide the drinks, equipment and atmosphere. Any neighbour complaints, however, remain entirely your responsibility.

A newly formed project team of 25 people begins its journey at 9:30 a.m. with a relaxed welcome and brief introductions by the participants and coaches.
The morning centres around the interactive Simulation Treasure Island. Through a shared challenge, the participants experience the dynamics of the storming and norming phases, explore the foundations of high-performing teams and get to know one another beyond their usual professional roles.
Following a light lunch at 12:30 p.m., the team comes together again at 2:00 p.m. to reflect on the morning’s experience. The key insights are translated into individual team-building commitments and a shared project mission—creating a strong foundation for collaboration and high performance.
At 4:00 p.m., the programme moves outdoors to Zurich’s Landiwiese, where Dominik, an experienced pickleball coach, introduces the team to one of the world’s fastest-growing racket sports. Before the action begins, the coaches share a few words about Bar4Good, its purpose and the story behind pickleball.
After a dynamic warm-up, the team takes to the courts for a series of exercises and friendly matches. Meanwhile, the Bar4Good pop-up bar and mobile grill are set up nearby.
As the sun begins to set, some participants continue playing, while others relax to lounge music with refreshing drinks and an original Sternen Grill sausage. It is an easy-going end to an inspiring day—combining team development, sport, great conversations and a genuinely good cause.
